I've been talking about the Black Lotus item for a little while. I get a laugh when I hear these private server zealots speaking about entire raids being flasked all of the time and all these bad specs being viable with flasks. These things just were not easily available back then and also those that were available costed a little fortune, not something that was sensible to use very often.Also, keep in mind this is going to do to private servers. Blizzard is going to have an argument for law suits again overseas servers. I just say this since I'm already seeing comments of private server people who are angry at the changes. The WoW Classic community/devs must see that a sizable part of private host individuals will not play with classic due to the charge. They just like being loud online and what they've been begging won't even try for. Not everyone, but a fantastic portion of those.

I hope they'll change things like the Diremaul exploit if not at launch at least some weeks down the line when they view that it becomes a problem. I am all for authenticity and all, but when that inflates the market to the point that only people using this exploit can realistically afford shit on the AH, that just destroys WoW Classic.There were lots of different ways to farm solo or with a friend in DM back in Vanilla. We tried to figure them. Granted, it may not have been known, it was being performed in Vanilla. Messing with pathing, rebounding crap back and forth, kiting and that. We do it solo, double mages, mage/hunter. I believe Blizz we were doing back in Vanilla. It has been a very long time obviously and my memory is blurred, but the one thing I know is that when we understood how to do a lot of farming items that are different in DM, others knew how to do it.

The largest mechanic you are currently missing here is caster minions operate in Personal Servers vs Vanilla/Classic. On personal servers, they will cast 1 iteration of a charm and start auto-attacking, even occasionally choosing auto attacking . Individuals coming in from servers hoping to breeze through raids because they had clinic are currently gon na have a rude awakening. Also, a significant reason why I'll be playing. Then it would not be a struggle, if Classic was the same as private servers and I'd get bored.
