Then Byron Jones is Mut 20 coins a freakish stud in Madden, and I'm working to figure out the way that works. He's gotten to play against Eli Manning, Daniel Jones, Bridgewater, the Dolphins in tank mode (before they tanked their tank), along with the Jets, and has given up a higher passer rating this season than 72 OVR Tre Herndon who has got as many picks in one game so much as Jones has in his profession. Herndon's not a stud, so just how is Jones really wonderful? (But hey, at least Herndon's no longer sub-60. I swear the Jags are hated by him.
I agree with your assessment of the issue, but not with your solutions. As I see it, the specific problems you cite are symptoms of a couple of problems: First, Madden is based on cartoons, and then by stats. Sometimes stats matter, occasionally they don't (i.e. if a 77 speed Madden player can grab up to some 92 rate Madden player while the 92-speed is running ). The stats themselves are what tend to determine things such as a Madden participant's value.
There's nothing for character or chemistry. I really don't think there is any logic in Madden game for a Madden player's devotion to a team. In the actual NFL, should you choose a 95 WR in the center of the season, for the first few months your 85 WR will be better, due to knowing the playbook. In Madden you can plug into an 82 OL and instantly replace an 81 OL, however in the real NFL chemistry is much more important than stats (unless there is a massive delta).
