I mained glad when the game first came out. Glad excels at AoE and knockdowns, one of their DP abilities is the AoE knockdown so that they aren't bad for team pvp, or fort sieges, they are sometimes quite useful tactically. The extendable weapons are 100 percent the goal. They'll increase your reach a fair bit, making it so much more difficult to kite you. Though I was able to acquire lannok's, that was extendable but not as great. If I am remembering correctly too, bakarma's spear does not have atk speed on it, and they did not allow weapon blending until 1.9 (memory is demanding of releases, but fairly sure that is accurate) so it may feel rather slow in comparison to a previous weapon, that will probably possess atk speed.

So I think Lannok is not so bad if you can not get the 19% ASpd from combining, as you can just switch for the knockdown in the event that you really need it.

Most played classes are looking like cleric and gladiator right now followed with the 2 casters, at least based on this poll in the large Aion classic discord that was linked on this subreddit. Assassin/ranger are polling lower. This may be due to the fact that many of EU gamers are coming to NA classic, so plenty of people are trying to select more ping-friendly courses.

Yeah and forget about playing Assassin or Pvp in general (that is the very best part of this game. 150+ ping no matter how good internet you have. After all EU has many times more players playing and loving Aion, Gameforge just been shown to be more shit one more time.

There game has been running since November in Korea and there's no p2w cash shop for Aion Classic there. While it's entirely possible that there will be one in the NA version of this game, there is no evidence for it. Can it eventually alter? Sure. But every game may potentially add significant p2w at any stage.

I've watched a movie on it and while it's not the worst, it can definitely be considered p2w. The streamer I watched said he understands people who buy the battle pass and levels on multiple accounts to get more of it. Purchase tbh I'm really not thay bothered, so long as they don't make it overly terrible.

Like wtf? Are you opening a Classic server for men and women that played the old Aion or to find the individuals who are playing it today since I didn't and do not feel a necessity for them to"correct" the exp or even the difficulty
