Creating a guide for Madden 21 gives the impression which justification must comprehend the development system in this variant... when it's literally the same as 20. How would that help someone who didn't play Madden 20?
I could be wrong but I don't believe this level of evaluation on how the development system works has ever been done before for any Madden. There certaintly has never been a tool constructed that will tell you just how much XP it will cost to develop a participant given his age, overall, and development trait.Deep Dive Gaming did this for Madden 17. But he just had tables of modifiers rather than a calculator.
This was also back when dev traits affected XP gains instead of reducing update expenditures, and physical ratings were more difficult to upgrade over time than intellectual ratings.Player progression and development will never feel right till there is a"possible" rating. Look at the way in real life you frequently see players who are great as rookies but don't seem to get far better, or players who start off slow, but turn into HOF guys after year 4 or 3. That type of thing just does not happen quite right in the sport at this time.Every additional sports game worth playing has this. Even Retro bowl, a free mobile game, has a better possibility system than madden.Madden could not guess rookies' potentials right and it was embarrassingly dumb. Jimmy Clausen had an"A" grade being touted as the very"NFL-ready" QB in his draft year.Literally every other sports game has it though. Same could be said for some of the other evaluations too, folks argue for hours as soon as they come out every year.
How would arguing about possible be any different? This is actually a mod on pc. It feels so much more organic than the current system and it really increases the value of afterwards round draft picks.
