Registered data is whatever you've"registered" in your personality, this includes hairstyles, headparts, accessories, eyebrows, eyes, eyelashes, facial paint, body paint, stickers, voices, basewear, innerwear & of course emotes. The only reason I am in a position to say this is exactly what it is, is because during the initial CBT on xbox insiders they had a very wonky translation when employing a ticket which said something along the lines of"Are you sure you wish to enroll this information?" My friends & I have been making"register that data" jokes anytime one of us has a decorative we desired. So I'm 98% sure this is what they mean when they state registered information, which would imply those people trying to hoard cosmetic tickets in the hopes of selling them NGS won't function as merely registered things will transfer over.
So that means outerwear and outfits will not move? That's still a massive fuck you to NA players that spent money and nobody should scratch anymore to be honest... Well we do know we could bring over weapons and units, so that they could handle outfits/outerwear the same way. We do see old Ash running around with his previous outfit at the trailer. The footage they showed of The Placeholder Otherwise Known As Ash has him wearing his signature default Close Quarters outfit. It is still no hard confirmation, but technically that would mean he took it with him to NGS. FWIW that outfit is also available as basewear in JP therefore it's even more uncertain... but yeah I'd bet a solid 10k meseta on outfits and outerwear also transferring.PSO2:NGS Additional Information
WOW they will coexist in the exact same game and you're going to be able to move between both using a type of block platform? I really LOVE that. Plus it looks like they have more specific on exactly what fashion wise carries over! Inb4 PSO2 install is 140 GBs. ~ That. Absolute. Madmen. They almost linked and crammed two different MMOs in 1 client. I thought they only place them in precisely the same launcher but at precisely the exact same CLIENT!? Yeah, so its going to be one match, not two separate games? Log in, then choose your"boat" to select between PSO2 or NGS.
Neat idea. Its an interesting way of creating a new game, while not having the issue of"lacking content" by adding on all of the PSO2 stuff. I really thought this was made clear in the trailer itself lol. They also cleverly avoided the problem on collaboration and Voice licenses with this movement as it is essentially the same game therefore all collab things are still valid. Mad lads SEGA pulling off one of the greatest expansion without leaving the older game at precisely the exact same client lol.
NGS the game will work as a separate cube, you can essentially consider it such as PVP/Battle Arena and Challenge Quest. All NGS-specific styles are basically better: they seem better, have more customizations available, and you can move your fingers with them. Seems like Sega can't retroactively change PSO2 styles into NGS styles, your character is essentially either going to be PSO2 or NGS model based on which kind outfit/wear/part they have on. It's from this that some incompatibilities might employ.
