Would you like to re-do any boss fight? Deb/Stormys_Amazon and I had been honored over the past weekend by being invited to Jagex for a tour and to visit together, together with some of the top level players. Obviously we had to sign a non disclosure agreement, but there are a number of things we're allowed to share so we wanted to share it with everyone. I will jump forward right now and only say it was totally and completely epic and I am still excited! I will not post names before I have spoke to the players and made sure it is fine together, however there have been several high ranking members and completely free players. The other players were all really nice and we really enjoyed getting to spend the weekend with them.

We arrived in Jagex Thursday morning. (ok only because they'd invited us, they do not let people in if they simply appear ). They took us into a break room area and offered us refreshments, then we got through the formalities such as introducing ourselvessigning the Non Disclosure Agreement, giving us some information regarding the plans for the weekend, etc.. Then Mark Gerhard and Andrew Gower joined us and all of us went and had a nice lunch.

After lunch we went back to the magic mystery land that is Jagex in which they proceeded to take us on a tour through every department. That was great. In each department a few people who worked in that field could take some time and explain what their section does and why they do it. Along with what they showed us on the tour, we learned that it is apparently a great working environment where everyone loves what they do. We were encouraged to ask questions in each region, and at the end of the day we must get a Q & A session with Mark and Andrew. They were completely laid back and just sat and spoke with us.

I really do wish to mention that everyone we met, everyone who spoke to us, really everyone at Jagex, was simply amazing. They have been friendly and helpful with awesome personalities. When our tour and Q & A session were over, they place us in cabs and had us taken to our hotel. We had spare time and the next morning to do whatever we wanted to do. They even provided us with a map showing where entertainment, food, and bars were within walking distance. Deb and I'm the crazy party animals that we are, ordered room service and then went to sleep lol.

I won't go into detail, but the food was fantastic, the various rides and games were awesome, with a chance to speak with individuals in a more laid back setting was epic, though Mark might be just a little tiny bit aggressive. I would really like to go on at length about this day, but when I did I'd probably wind up saying a great deal, therefore I will stop here.
