Luther did the construction of wopal, and recent enough that the natives didn't forget the language of ARKS ops. Recently enough that they were fluent in said language. If they had over several hundred decades, it is more probable they would have adapted over simply a dialect and instead developed their own language based on ARKS language. To Spanish and French are derived from Latin similar, nevertheless different from each other. There's also"dead languages"languages that fell out of usage with time. Bearing this in mind, and the fact Naverius does not have any natives capable of communication, it stands to reason that the destroys Naverius were of a short lived civilization which didn't have the time to generate a super lasting impact.
In reference to Falz Elder being closed on Naverius and also a renamed Ragol, ARKS could have been able to rapidly respond with their brand new technology from Xion. This can be further supported by the idea that Photoners were just humans/newmans with Photon Aptitude at that time frame that the events of PSO/PSU/PS0 played out. It's also entirely possible that the Photoners were individuals hand-picked by Xion out of the group, together with Luther being the only survivor when the days of PSO2 come about.
A lot of this doesn't lineup with lore. At one point I believed that Pioneer 3 started and it was the boat that discovered Xion, but what causes that to not work out is the fact that the photoners didn't even understand what photons were before discovering Xion. That right there pretty much breaks any risk which PSO2 is a sequel to PSO because the Hunters were already using photon technology on Ragol. You may even locate the roots of it through the description.Where was this said of the Ruby Bullet? That's like calling a species of bird"crawler" as it primarily flies, nests in trees and preys on fish.
Anyone feel like PSO2 is a game they really enjoy but would not urge others to play?
Allow me to start out by saying I really enjoy Phantasy Star Online 2. I have had a number of their most fun playing with this out of any mmo. But each time I think about Phantasy Star Online 2 from a remotely objective perspective or even when a friend asks me about Phantasy Star Online 2, I find myself saying nearly as much negative stuff about Phantasy Star Online 2 as I do positive. Honestly, I wouldn't say there's anything Phantasy Star Online 2 does particularly well, and there are sufficient frustrations equally in Phantasy Star Online 2 and connected to the Microsoft store for me to wait to recommend trying game out. All this having been said, I play Phantasy Star Online 2, it is just weird because I can't really think of a lot of reasons to play with it on most other mmos or activity rpgs. Anyone else feel like that?
