Venezuelans don't hurt RuneScape ethics at all

Sam notes that many Venezuelans play for enjoyment rather than gold and a lot of the Venezuelan RuneScape players we have spoken to say exactly the same, that they play for pleasure or gain from RuneScape by enjoying with it legitimately instead of by adhering to intensive gold farming procedures. But, those RuneScape players are keen to voice their concerns about the animosity they face, and say that while they are mindful gold farming is against RuneScape's terms and conditions, they are simply playing this manner only because they don't have any other choice. "On Reddit, and in other forums, they say so many things [...] about Venezuelans playing RuneScape that I've just stopped paying attention to them," Alejandro states. "Many individuals don't know why we farm gold in RuneScape; they believe we do it as a hobby and do not envision the actual reason behind why we do it."

"There are also a lot of folks giving assistance," Alejandro continues. "I really love that, and these people usually know the reasons why Venezuelans sell gold in RuneScape.''``I've seen a real mix [of remarks ]," says Perez. "Some horrible shit from those who are racist or'trolling' but at the other end people who seem very keen to encourage you. Thus far that the good has outweighed the bad. Last month another sort stranger contributed $1k to my [bitcoin] account since he wished to purchase food for my community." This stranger has been in touch with Perez to make this a recurring monthly donation. Acts of kindness toward RuneScape players aren't uncommon. 1 RuneScape player from the Netherlands noticed an influx of users, also reached out to help.

"I basically try to help [Venezulan RuneScape players] since they deserve better within their real life," he says. "I provide them help and do giveaways since I have enough cash. It assists them so muchbetter. They all barely speak English, so it's difficult for them to understand from themselves also." He doesn't feel that the growth in RuneScape players is having a negative influence on RuneScape, but that it's actually helping the in-game economy. He tells us he's met with a diverse selection of RuneScape players from Venezuela, running the gamut from people who play RuneScape to feed their families when they want more cash to those who mainly play enjoyment but will turn into farming that is gold.

"Venezuelans don't hurt RuneScape ethics at all; in fact they simply make it more bearable for the high-end RuneScape players, as they keep prices of particular things low," he says. As word of the crisis in Venezuela continues to spread, there's been a favorable reaction from portions of this RuneScape community who are now becoming aware of what is going on in the nation. Most recently, one RuneScape YouTuber posted a video in which he invited his 117,000 followers to help Venezuela. For Alejandro, more compassion and a greater comprehension of the situation that RuneScape players find themselves would be greatly appreciated.
