It will not help, a great deal of seasoned high degree RuneScape players will prefer this update since it will essentially stop newer RuneScape players out of learning to boss that means less unique's being dropped daily which means costs climb which equals more cash in their pockets.I just recently did tune of the elves without a manual and did not know the boss would hit 90+ nor did I know it was a safe death. As soon as I got expired I fucking and dealt an 89. I lost 30m worth of items and contemplated not playing until a number of my clan mates told me that I could retrieve my items.
30m doesnt sound like much but my bank is simply worth 80m and I've never been great at making money. If I could come back again if I'd have lost half of my own bank idk. I've already lost it all once because of getting hacked years back (120m and obtained the acc banned). I had been curious what the implications of this duel arena tax being added actually were. Have you any idea where it was talked about by them? I say come grab me at the wildy if you really wish to lose your items. 0/10- absolute and utter disappointment in the RuneScape players that support this.
IDK what Jagex is currently believing, RuneScape game is flourishing with increasingly more mobile casuals picking it up. That is gonna alienate a lot of people who do not play like it is a complete time job. Yeah that is the part I am concerned about, people are enjoying RuneScape game as it is, and they want to go change a CORE mechanic that will have a mostly negative impact on the newer RuneScape players which don't have a maxed POH with a tele to every place on the map.
