Jagex isn't the only thing I worry about. It is actually recommended for community leaders to create guidelines to prevent confusion when they choose co-leaders. While this is how policies start but it's not a great idea to keep a policy or filter in place for long. Sites can filter in the same way as they did previously, but activity decreases. This results in massive inactivity, and there isn't enough content being uploaded.

To make it easier for you to understand, I will use an example from my own life. When I moderate Clan Chats, my behavior and how I talk is determined by the number of chat participants. If there are just a few players on CC, I will try to engage with them, have fun and have a good time.

But, when there are around 15 people on the chat, I become a bit more serious (still friendly) and I don't get as personal as normal. This is due to the fact that I'm responsible for moderated Clan Chats that are more likely than usual to contain some Trolls. The dynamic filtering feature is also available.

Do something outrageous that draws attention to you. If they don't react to your joke, they're either crazy or foolish. To test if they respond to a challenge, throw eggs or snowballs at them. Add 4 to the suspicion gauge.
Examining their score. If their suspicion meter is at Zero, They are most likely not bots, but it could be. If the suspicion gauge is reading 1, they are likely to be easily-trained humans. Their suspicion meter reading is 2, which could indicate they could be bots. If their suspicionmeter is 3, they're likely to be afk and have been publically blunder, but it could very likely be a bot. They are most likely an automated bot when their suspicion meter is reading 4. However there isn't enough evidence to prove that it is.
